Are you an experienced care manager ready to take the next step in your career?
We are looking for an experienced and committed Registered Manager to lead our domiciliary care service and ensure the delivery of safe, effective, compassionate and person-centred care.
THE ROLE
As Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day management, quality and compliance of the service, working closely with the senior management team to ensure excellent outcomes for people receiving care.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead and manage the service in accordance with CQC regulations and legislation
Ensure high standards of person-centred care and service-user outcomes
Provide effective leadership, supervision and support to staff
Lead safeguarding, incident, complaint and investigation processes
Monitor medication, care planning, risk management and quality standards
Conduct regular audits, spot checks and quality assurance reviews
Ensure effective staff recruitment, induction, training and development
Maintain accurate and compliant records and governance systems
Build positive relationships with service users, families and professionals
Lead continuous improvement and ensure the service remains inspection-ready
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone who has:
Previous management experience within adult social care
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and statutory requirements
Excellent leadership and people-management skills
Good understanding of safeguarding, medication and risk management
Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
Relevant Adult Social Care/Management qualification
Previous Registered Manager experience is desirable
